- a safe and tidy approach to workshop tasks
What will you learn?
You learn to assess damage and choose the right repair method, then carry it out: removing and refitting panels and electrical components, repairing misalignment and structural damage, filling and finishing body panels, and welding body sections. Much of the training happens in a workshop, using the tools, equipment and safety and environmental practices of the trade, and it applies to both light and heavy vehicles. There are no entry requirements, so you can start without prior experience.

Units of competency (17 core, 14 elective)
