What will you learn?

Most people complete it as an Australian apprenticeship under a training contract, so you learn on the job with an employer while building the trade skills, and assessment happens in a real workplace rather than a classroom alone. Experienced workers who already have the skills can instead go through trade recognition assessment to have their knowledge formally recognised. Once qualified, you can fit and service locks and hardware, cut and program keys, and work on the security systems used across domestic, automotive and commercial settings.
