- patience and accuracy with computer systems
What will you learn?
You learn how to research destinations, put together quotes, book flights and accommodation, and use the computer systems that reservations run on. Most of the course is practical: interpreting fare rules, working out international airfares, and giving customers advice on places in Australia and overseas. There are no entry requirements, so you can start straight from school.
