What will you learn?

You learn how to work out what risks a client actually faces, then recommend insurance and other ways of managing them, drawing on policies from both general and life insurers. Much of the study sits in the practical side of broking: meeting compliance obligations, preparing submissions to insurers, adjusting cover as a client's circumstances change, and seeing routine claims through to settlement. It suits people moving into broking advice or already working in insurance who want the technical grounding to handle complex client portfolios.
