What will you learn?

You learn medical terminology so you can read and record patient information accurately, and build the communication and customer service skills that dealing with patients, families and clinical staff every day requires. Infection prevention and workplace safety are covered too, since those routines apply to everyone working in a health setting. Most roles involve following established procedures and taking responsibility for your own work under general supervision.
