What will you learn?
You learn to think through unfamiliar problems, weigh up information from different sources and explain your reasoning, rather than following a set procedure every time. The coursework also covers writing longer business documents, using workplace technology to work with colleagues, building and keeping relationships with clients and suppliers, and the basics of work health and safety. Entry is open, so it works as a step up for someone with office experience or as a way to formalise skills you already use on the job.
