Completion of: CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) OR Completion of: CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) OR Completion of: CHC30408 Certificate III in Disability PLUS the CHCSS00125 Entry to Certificate IV in Disability Support Skill Set.

What will you learn?
You learn to support people with complex needs and mental health issues, follow behaviour support plans, and help someone build skills and take part in their community. There is a substantial legal and ethical component too, because you will often work without direct supervision and may coordinate a small team.
