What will you learn?

You learn how to coordinate recruitment and onboarding, keep performance development processes moving, support employees through grievances and industrial relations matters, and help teams build their skills. It also covers the human resources records and processes that sit behind all of this, along with implementing and monitoring work health and safety policies. Most people come to it with no prior HR experience, and it suits both small organisations where one person handles everything and larger ones where you support a single function such as payroll or recruitment.
