What will you learn?

You learn how the sector is regulated, how to work within its rules and timeframes, and how to keep a working relationship with clients who may be frustrated, injured or unsure what happens next. The work suits someone who can make decisions on their own, keep good records and deal with people in difficult circumstances, and it can lead towards supervising or guiding others. Roles tend to sit in claims management, return to work support or underwriting, depending on where you take it.
