    Needed to deliver and assess nationally recognised first aid units through an RTO, alongside the first aid competencies and currency the RTO requires. Check the RTO's scope of registration.

    VET trainers teach adults the practical skills and knowledge they need to gain a nationally recognised trade or industry qualification.

    What else you need

    Hold the required training-and-assessment credential, vocational competence and current industry skills. Delivering TAE qualifications themselves has additional credential requirements; the certificate is not school-teacher registration.
