What will you learn?
The study focuses on the systems side of farming: setting up workplace health and safety processes so a team works safely, and developing environmental and sustainability policies that keep the operation within the rules. Rather than teaching basic farm skills, it asks you to analyse information and use your own judgement on complex decisions, which is the step up from supervising tasks to being accountable for how a farm is run. No licensing or registration is required to hold it.
