What will you learn?
You learn how to build trust with teenagers and young adults, plan and run group activities and programs, and step in when someone is in crisis or at risk. Case management sits alongside the legal and ethical side of the job, mental health support, and working respectfully with people from different backgrounds. At least 100 hours of work placement are part of the course, so you spend real time in a service before you qualify.
