What will you learn?

You learn to follow set specifications and procedures, keep equipment running to the right settings, check that what comes off the line meets the standard, and record what was produced. Safety runs through the training, because the work involves heat, moving machinery and chemicals. The problems you deal with are the predictable ones, and anything unusual gets reported to a supervisor.
