What will you learn?
You'll practise serving customers, handling complaints, working alongside people from different backgrounds and keeping the workplace safe and hygienic. The training also covers coaching newer staff and keeping up with how the industry works, so you can move between food and beverage, accommodation or gaming roles. Much of the learning is hands-on, and the skills carry across venues.
