What will you learn?

The course covers what that responsibility requires in practice: keeping work areas hygienic, following food safety and quality programs, working safely, and communicating clearly with the people around you. Because meat processing is tightly regulated, state and territory food safety and work health and safety rules shape how every task is done. There is also an optional specialisation in quality for people who want to focus on overseeing quality programs rather than operating on the line.
