What will you learn?

You build the medical vocabulary and document skills to work accurately with clinical information, and learn how privacy, consent and confidentiality rules apply in a medical setting. There is also practical training in infection control, workplace safety and responding calmly to distressed or aggressive behaviour, which comes up routinely at a front desk or admissions counter. It suits people already working in health administration who want to step up to a team leader role, and career changers moving into the sector.
