What will you learn?

You learn how to lead a team day to day, build working relationships, handle communication that is tricky or high stakes, and plan and monitor the operational side of a business. It suits someone supervising others while still answering for their own work, so the study focuses on juggling both. No prior qualifications or experience are required to enrol.
