What will you learn?

You learn how to communicate persuasively, read and manage your own emotions and other people's, and plan the day-to-day operations a team runs on. A lot of the work is practical: you draw on your own workplace, work through realistic management situations and build evidence of what you can actually do. No licence or registration comes with it, so most graduates use it to apply for supervisory roles or to formalise skills they have built on the job.
