  • a knack for planning and keeping track of time and money
  • the confidence to make decisions when things change

What will you learn?

You learn to define what the project has to deliver, build a schedule and a budget, and keep both under control as things change. The people side matters just as much: allocating work across a team, keeping clients and managers informed, and spotting risks before they turn into problems. It suits someone already trusted with coordinating work, or moving into a role where they lead a project team, and it is open to students with no prior qualification in the field.
